Just Me

I am 48 years old.
I live in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

I was widowed quite suddenly in June of 2007.
My world fell apart I picked up the pieces and rebuilt..
But as we all know life goes on..
I've lost my father, my mother and my grandparents.

I met and fell in love with a wonderful man who has shown me that it's ok to be happy again, one day soon we will be married.

I am mom to 3 boys, they are Timothy: 26 Justin: 25 & Thomas: 22.

I have recently been able to find my birth daughter who was placed for adoption at birth, she will be 32 this year. We are friends on Facebook but we are taking things very slow. We have had some text conversations and emails but we haven't even spoken on the phone yet. I do hope and pray one day we will meet face to face.

I became a grandma 12/28/2007 to Jayden, my son Justin's son.
I also became grandma to Makenzie 6/20/11 my son Justin's daughter.
Then came Timothy Jr 10/11/11 my son Timothy's son.
And then baby Jaclynn 10/18/11 my son Thomas's daughter.
And the baby Liam 6/15/12 my son Justin's son.

Think I am a busy person? My life is hectic. But I seem to be surviving. Some days whether I want to or not.

I have a small, 14 year old terrier Molly who does not know she is a dog, shhh I have not told her yet.
I have 4 cats who we have rescued in various ways, I'm a animal lover and can't help it.
Our newest addition is a puppy named Moose. He is a Lab Mix - he's a sweet lil guy with webbed feet who will love the water like we do.

I just recently paid off my house, it an older home and needs work so were are renovating it ourselves send it's a slow expensive process.


I believe in living life to the fullest and seem to always try to find the good in every situation.

I am a free thinker and tend to think outside of the box in many cases.

I call it like I see it, and what you see is what you get.

But I am as real as it comes.
